We recently relocated from Kansas and are downsizing pieces that have been fun to have but will not fit in the smaller home we built. This beauty was given to us almost 30 years ago as a wedding present. We have never used it and are hoping to find it a great new home. It’s a perfect antipastos or relish platter, with a removable divided heavy pressed glass insert for a family gathering or when entertaining. By removing the glass insert, voilà, it becomes a terrific serving platter. Crafted from solid brass, the “Spring Garden” repousse´ work pattern has a transitional vibe to it and should complement any existing serveware you may typically use when entertaining. It measures 13” x 8¼” x 1¼” L/W/H; glass insert alone 9½” x 7” L/W with each slot measuring 4½” x 6” x 1” L/W/D; weight for both is 2.4 lbs.; glass insert alone 1.4 lbs. Best to hand wash and dry to maintain its good looks. Handcrafted in Reading, Pennsylvania. Given to us when we got married, it is new and has never been used. Has been stored in my sideboard for almost three decades.
